I agree with people who've said that recon units are too dangerous in the game because they can slip through ZOCS too easily to get into our empty rear cities and objectives, and we have to drain valuable units from our front line to chase after them.
So perhaps the devs could make the movement cost for moving through ZOCs a little higher?
That way, recon units would still be able to move through 2 or 3 ZOCs, but at such a high movement expenditure cost that they wouldn't be able to move much deeper behind our lines that turn.
That'd at least give us a chance to clobber them before they get too deep.
