Can't send final turn

The same error reported here: viewtopic.php?f=488&t=99861 and here: viewtopic.php?f=488&t=99424 The last turn of the game won't submit to the server.

I've tried submitting over a couple of days at different times, while playing other games, so the server is definitely up and my network is fine.
