Setting difficulty for two-player coop?

Setting difficulty for two-player coop?

Hey guys!

We’re new to the game, like to play coop vs the AI and are still trying to figure out all the features of our fleets . We have both seasons of the game, but when we create a 4000 pt/player coop skirmish, there doesn’t seem to be a way of tuning the difficulty at all. Is there anything we can do to make coop games more newbie friendly?
