wrong fleet retreats, colonial factory bonus wrong

Two bugs:

1. Combat resolution bug (manual combat)
Enemy lone titan attacks my homeworld which has Orbital fort (that basic defence platform from start), Starbase and destroyer. Enemy titan immediately retreats. On strategy map combat is reported as won by opponent (titan) and my destroyer is sent away (as if retreated) while titan continues to orbit and can attack next turn. This is really major problem.

2. Colonial factory is supposed to add +1 production per worker. Yet with 3 workers (24% pollution both cases) it produces:
no factory: 8
with factory: 9
So obviously one production per worker is not added (see attached image).

To add. Next turn titan attacks fort and starbase and immediately retreats? I can understand 1st time (did not know defences), but now it knows exactly there is fort and starbase - if it wants to fight then attack and fight. If it does not want to fight then stay and blockade. Forcing attack every turn to retreat immediately is just nuisance. And the retreated titan won again so can attack like this every turn...
