Can't import Olive Oil?

Not importing Olive Oil into Porphyrites from Asatenia. Porphyrites has a Harbor and a Garum Shop. Trade Range is 5.

Does Asatenia need an Achorage or Harbor? see attsched

I see a trade range of 3, not 5
