MP connecting to game server error message

Hi all,

I'm struggling to connect to the MP player server?

message is "connecting to game server. select to cancel and disable online play"
it's been like this for a day every time i click on MP. It doesn't connect to game server no matter how long you leave the message up.


I've tried 2 different internet connections, one had 25 meg speed the other 8 meg of speed. I've turned off my antivirus - no effect


any suggestions?

Perhaps the server has been down, although it is up now.
