Missing all game saves for Xbox One

I seem to be missing all my save game files from both save accounts on my Xbox One. I was playing last night, went to play today and all the files are gone. When I launch the game it will take me to the main menu and only let me start a new campaign. Nothing weird happened, no power outages or network issues, relaunched the game and xbox. Can’t seem to find any xbox or game updates that happened overnight. I’m logged into the same xbox account.

Where could they have gone?

Same issue here. Also, can’t start a new campaign on fleet admiral difficulty.

After the last update. A few days ago. My saved games files are unavailable. My "saved game" file is til in my Xbox One, but the "load campaign" button on the main screen doesn't even light up. You can not click on it. I tried to fix by deleting and reinstalling the game, but no good. saved file data still on hard drive, I just can't get to it. I REALLY hope there is a fix as my last saves were 215 battles. That's like 200 hours of my life (lol). I am just waiting, hoping for a fix and have not played since update last week.

Is there a way to force it to "sync" with the cloud ?

I tried again but still no luck. Checked the xbox and its all up to date. I do see a save file for the game, its about 700 KB, but I cant seem to access it in the game. It will let me start a new campaign but I’m not going to do that for fear it will write over the save data. Any updates as to what could be going on?

A patch has been deployed that fixes this issue. Once you update, you'll be able to access your save games again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
