Help with bombardment

I am having trouble with trying to get my rolling barrage to work. Currently, I have copy and pasted the rolling barrage code from Bargartion mission 4, with the only changes being changes the tiles it’s placed on and switching it to the German artillery.
I will place code in another comment if need be.
