Argos confused in peace deal

They can't decide how much legacy they want to hand over.

They have +10 legacy only.
There are 10 kind of hard problems in computer science, naming, cache invalidations and off-by-one errors.

Do you have the save around, I have seen once this kind of list of values that failed to be ordered.

No sadly not, it should be easy be easy to reproduce,
high warscore and low legacy.
My guess a combination of rounding and max is the cause.

And there is also missing a check in peace offers that the nation still exists. If they send their peace offer in the same turn as their last province is conquered they will still pay their last offer.

Indeed, an extra check could be warranted.
