Game Slowed Down

Post by Cunningcairn »

My mouse and keyboard are not working in the game. There is typically a delay which varies in time and sometimes it doesn't respond at all. If I type string of characters some don't appear. This only happens when I play FOG2.

Presumably it was working OK before.

There is nothing in the recent updates that should cause this.

So what has changed about your system - i.e. what other programs are running, etc. etc.? Any of these changed recently?

Can you post some system info?

Everything was working perfectly and I haven't done anything to the computer system. I always have Google Chrome and MS-Word, Excel and Outlook running when I play. I have just noticed there was a steam update. Could that have caused it? I will send you the zipped files.

It is now working as normal. All I can think is that it had something to do with the Steam update. Thanks for your quick response.
