The royal treasury cost me a lot of time to build it. After building it costs me 6 gold and 0.50 decadence. What are the benefits of having it. Disassembly him and I didn't get any gold.

There is an explanation about in its description, it should say that if you have enough money, it will take some of it as a 'reserve' that is not factored in the administrative burden formula.

You get a notification in your capitol when money gets stored in the treasure, and that will upgrade the building into a form that should (as I understand it) give money when disassembled.
