I need a Hero

If you know which type of Hero you would prefer, is there a way to play the game in such a way that this type of Hero is likely to become available?

For example, if you would like a Hero with the Repairs Vehicle trait, how could we "encourage" this Hero to rise to the occasion, by driving around highly damaged Tank Units, for instance?

Right now, the only way to get a specific hero is to use the cheat function.

You type in the chat box, "Cheat NewHero FieldRepairs" or whatever hero name you want. All one word, but with each beginning with a capital letter.

It doesn't work for all heroes by name. Rapid Fire 2x is instead, "Cheat NewHero QuadripleGun"

Some I haven't figured out yet, like "ignore entrenchments" and "envelope." Anyone know those?

Envelop is Envelopment.

Forbthe ignore entrenchment it's probably the same name as the engineer/flame tank perk!

There is a thread on here somewhere listing different hero names. But the military engineers is just the name of the trait Pioneers have so I tested it in game for a hero. And Envelopment is the trait name for the hero.
