Further changes I would introduce to the list on top of the separatelly commented topic of the Cavalls alforrats:

Almughavars: reduce numbers to 0-16 before 1400 and 0-6 after.
Superior before 1400, average after.

Include “Remences” during the Catalan Civil War (only Royal armies).
Remences were a peasant movement that allied with the king against the nobility hoping that a royal victory would grant them some benefits against the feudal oppression.
Otherwise compulsory spears can be replaced by Remences
There should 0-24 bases, out of which 0-8 as better equiped MF / average / protected / swordsmen, the rest as mob.
