Scenarios - Correct Folder - Where Located?

Hello,

I apologize if this has been asked several times before; I can't find in the search...

I have a C drive which is SSD and an E drive which is a hard drive; I installed the game in the E drive.

This first location is what came "stock" with the download: E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps 2\PanzerCorps2\Content\Scenarios

The second location is where I created a Scenarios folder: C:\Users\Marc\Documents\my games\Panzer Corps 2\SCENARIOS

I downloaded a person's created scenarios and dumped them in the second location. The scenarios come up, but you can't purchase units; this may be a flaw in the design of these scenarios; don't know...

Questions:

1. When creating my own scenarios via the Editor, will the saved files automatically go to one of these locations?
2. To play created scenarios, will they play right off the game's Scenario UI dashboard?
