Rare UI Annoyance

Post by Ludendorf »

I may lose a game because I confused the red colour denoting that I was in an enemy's ZOC with the dark colour indicating a unit is in its command range. Obviously this is me shaking off a lot of rust, but it might be a good idea to make it clearer when a unit is and isn't out of command range when also ZOC'd. I fired off a volley counting on the free turn to let me turn to face a unit of lancers threatening my flank.

I am sorry to hear that. There are of course, also the dots on the tile edges indicating the ZOCing unit.

Thanks for the heads up. It was obviously my error in not reading the situation correctly, but I thought it might be a good thing to flag up. Field of Glory II's UI is normally excellent, but I felt it might have been clearer in this instance.
