Hi PC2 Tech Team,
I pre-bought the game when first available on STEAM. I played the first tutorial mission and had to set the game aside due to real world drama. When I attempted to start it up again on STEAM, as soon as I hit PLAY an UNREAL ENGINE 4 CRASH report appears. It will not allow me to cut and paste it here. I've tried daily for the last 10 days but the same results. The only thing that's changed is, I believe the game might have undergone a "patch" or two? STEAM says I've logged 4 hours of play time but it's definitely not been by playing the game.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Here you go! Thank you for your interest in helping me getting this up and running. I actually spent a few hours to get this far as the site was not accepting the form my document came in. I tried a ZIP file and seems to work.
Thank you for helping me!
Cheers!

Re: UNREAL ENGINE CRASH PREVENTS START UP
Hi Zakblood,
Thanks for your assistance. Strange but I do update my drivers every 3 months or so but DELL never auto-detects/offers a newer RealTek Driver. After looking it up individually online, I found the most recent one available was 2019, so I've jumped on it and am updating now.
Also, as is my custom on my days off, I've fired up PC2 to see if I was still getting the UNREAL ENGINE CRASH message. Today? The game fired up without the error message but I didn't hit PLAY yet. I thought I'd go ahead and update the AUDIO driver just in case that was somehow the issue.
Thanks so very much for your dedication and detective work!
Cheers,
John
