War Occupied

Post by Morbio »

A suggestion for improvement: Could the mouseover of the War Occupied icon give the details of the previous/legal owners?

I've often found myself wanting to take make diplomatic discussions or to possibly attack a region that is war occupied and I want to know who I have to deal with. I've been in wars with many factions, have taken regions so they are war occupied and when I want to make peace with one faction I'm not sure which regions I'm going to lose or gain.

Agree, that would be most helpful

I would add it would be great the "War occupied" indicator doesn't disappear after a delay and while the peace is not signed, because it's hard to keep track of core and occupied regions after few turns in the war. The negative modifiers attached would still disappear, but at least we would keep a visual indicator meaning the region is simply occupied. That would be more convenient than having to open the peace negotiations panel to see which regions actually are occupied or cores.

These visual improvements are added for the companion patch to the DLC :D

War modifier never disappears until it is invalid (i.e when peace is concluded). Don't be fooled by the duration of 1, it renews each turn.
