Laminium region and quarry build

Hi,
Laminium shown as being hill region (3).


Noticed that this region does not have quarry as available to build.
Can select/build Clay Pit though. So is this region mislabelled?

Also check Aeduica
Shown as Hill, Rough and cant build quarry but Clay Pit is offered.

Do you already have a structure producing stone? This is exclusive. If you see a region as a 'hill', then that's a hill, the label is just the expression of the nature of the terrain, it can't be fooled.

Laminium has no available slot, so that's harder to check.

Aeduica is fine, see screenshot.
