Can't take regions from enemy client state

Hi Pocus, thanks for the diplomacy update, which addressed many issues I care very much. Yet I found there is a problem involving enemy client state (beside the wrong war score).

Played as Judea and snatched some regions from Nabatene when Egypt was busy fighting Antigonids. But in peace negotiation the client state regions were not shown in the "cede region" or "cede province" clauses. Only the protector's regions were there.

In the same save file if you switch to Maurya and try to cede region from Bactria, there is the same problem.
