PBEM Connection failures

Hi,

I'm constantly getting failed to connect to TCP server errors at all stages when using PBEM. Sometimes it will connect fine on the second try (say at login stage) but at the "querying players" stage it vest often just gives the "failed to connect to TCP server message", then appears to try again but never gets a connection (as it is doing at this moment).

Is this likely due to latency in the network path or could there be some issues at the game server end? I'm using a 3g network provider and don't have the choice of any other connection, unfortunately.
