I only have 10 units, which should be free, but I have upkeep.

One of the patches changed the free upkeep into a flat decrease to the upkeep cost of each affected unit, so it doesn't necessarily cover the entire cost if an unit is expensive to maintain.

Yes, and to not have too long description, like "Almost free unit, but not quite if it really costs a lot", I preferred to keep the current label :wink:

The discount I think is 25 money, 5 manpower and 5 metal, and it covers 99% of units. Except if you play in experienced and money increase is factored in upkeep ...
