Was down less than an hour in the end, so no biggie.

But down again now. This isn't good. Twice in 4 days, no notification? I get up at the crack of dawn to play with an opponent in a different time zone, and a broken server is not earning any friends.

Hi Catacol,
Can you please tell us some more info about the issue, like the date time of the issue, the game name and your IP address?
It might be good to email all the details to support[at]slitherine.co.uk
Thanks

It's down again. Third time in a week. I'm in the UK, I'm up at 0600 to play - and it isn't funny! I'm playing PC2 and bespoke scenarios I'm writing myself. Down for me and for my opponent who is in Thailand. It crashes when trying to identify game version, prior to loading of scenario, and given it is the same crash in both UK and Thailand it must be the server. It worked for an hour this morning - and has now gone offline again. Last 2 times it has dropped for around 30 - 45mins. Do you really need my ip address to investigate? If so I'd rather send that via a pm.

EDIT - for what its worth, back up again now. Down again for about 45 mins. The fact that each drop seems to last the same amount of time makes it feel more like some kind of server software reset issue?

Can you mail support with the details as requested by petirouge so this doesn't get missed. The exact time, your username and your IP address are what they need to dig in to this. Same for you opponent. Without this, there isn't much we can do as it seems to be fine for everyone else or we'd be buried in complaints. Thanks.

OK - will do. The good news is that all is working this morning... :-)
