You need to switch to primary guns to get access to the float plane.
There is a free slot...

Also, the tooltip is a bit odd.

I can't remember how this was in the old days.
This is not a function you would use on a daily basis, not even in naval battles.
My point is that there is a free slot on the 'normal' screen already.
Currently you may not be aware that there is a floatplane available.

Currently you may not be aware that there is a floatplane available.
The slot isn;t really free, as that's where Upgrade might need to go...

But I can totally see the issue... This feels like Adherbal finding a cunning workaround for this particular unit!

Never did. Always like this. That's why I was unable to add the "bombard" abilty to ships in my mod, for example. No icon space for cargo hold then.

Yep, by removing one of the four traits. And it won't be the primary guns or the AA ability, I guess... :wink: :lol:
