[Gameplay Bug] [Red Steel, Kerch, objective trigger][New]

I was playing Kerch, the 4th scenario in the Red Steel campaign. I suffered a lost due to the objective of holding the secondary VPs for 10 turns not completed. This seemed very strange because I think it would have been marked as failed earlier if it were not completed and then the scenario should have ended in defeat. I look at the editor for this scenario and I see what went wrong. The trigger check for setting the objective as completed occurs after turn 10. The trigger check for setting the objective as failed only occurs before turn 11. I lost one of the secondary on the enemy turn 11. This meant the objective was neither marked as completed or fail.
