Just got the game. just wonder it seems I can only lunch planes from aircraft carriers one plane per turn. I'm I doing something wrong. Also having trouble when I purchase cant seem to get it launched.

Yes, one plane launched per turn is the rule. Also, after purchasing and placing a plane to put on the carrier, subject to available air command points and available space on the carrier, you may launch it only on the next turn.
