Possible bug?

Below is a combat log that just took place. This happened on Caucuses around Baku. My PzIVG in the city attacking the guards unit on the objective.

My PzIV has ignore entrenchment hero, and has steamroller achievement.

The Guards unit was already down to 6 strength with 0 suppression.

According to the initiative the Guards attack would have happened first and the number of shots my PzIVG took reflects this (OS to str 15 - 4 kills = 11).

Therefore at the end of the combat we should have had a dead guards unit and a PzIVG at 11 str with move and attack available due to overrun.

However for some reason my tank unit is still at full health as shown in the attached.
