8.30 to 8.4.1 - New Units?? No, false alarm.

units.csv is three lines longer in 8.4.1 than it was in 8.3.0. New units??

Starting at the bottom and scrolling upward, I kept wondering . . . not the Soviets. Not the Germans. Not the U.S. C'mon, don't tell me they created three new Japanese units?!?

Heh, false alarm. Somebody capriciously decided to add three rows of slanties at the top of the file, maybe for future use.

Noticed them, too. But the lines are not empty, BTW, if you scroll further to the right...

Yep, way off to the right. Somebody was working on something and got interrupted or the file was mangled when saving. At least it wasn't three lines of "This is what wiseguys get for comparing before and after files!"
