QOL - improvement request

In general, I find the province auto-management to be pretty good.

However, perhaps the single most important thing for recruiting is metal and manpower.

I don't say money, because you have a number of things which will impact your income.

But metal and manpower come from a small subset of buildings in the categories of health, military, and commerce. I would like two see to check boxes for the building automation. One for metal and one for manpower. If either are checked, it means always override the major category when a building could be built which yields metal or manpower. This is the most important determinant to the size of your military. I don't want to have to keep a big country on manual just to hunt for these rare opportunities, but it a shame to have a big empire rolling cash and be limited in the size of your military forces.

Although I'm not contesting the interest of this improvement, you know you can have everything on automated but still insert the building of your choice in a specific region, right? That would be thus easy to spend a few mn spamming metal producing buildings through your empire and be done for a long time.

The problem is getting a mine, black smith, forge or bloomery is a chance thing. So, if you really want to max this out you need to set it for every region or shuffle. That is quite tedious to do turn after turn ... over and over again. So, you can choose between automation which saves a lot of micromanagement and having an under strength military or very tedious play to have the military your nation can afford.

Neither approach seems very attractive to me.

PS: I am not looking to override automation, but instead have automation assistance for gathering the resources needed for military expansion.
