Modding Medals / Awards

Any help would be great!

Does anybody have any knowledge of how to mod the medals in the game?

For example, changing the name of medals or changing the number of kills it takes to get a medal? Like the anti-infantry award?

The only files I can find that edit things close to this are the "rules" and "units" files in the data folder but I couldn't find any references to medals there.
