PBeM Difficulity Question

Hi,

When you are playing the PBeM way, is there a way of knowing if the person who hosted the game has kept the Difficulty slider at Even or not ?

You can see from the war effort % whether it has changed. I'm not sure what they would be on even settings but you can load up a single player game and see.
