AT Support question

Why don't my AT units support one another? Occasionally, they do not support other units either although I may be out of ammo and do not realize it. Ir sort of makes these units useless.

AT does not support AT, never did.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.

Well not aircraft, not sure about navy.
But other ground units yes.

The issue is play balance, if AT supported AT, it could make AT too powerful.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
