How To Blow Up Supply Output With TNT

Fallschirmjäger unit has a TNT function which says it can be used to Blow Up Supply Output. How do you blow up the enemy's Supply Output - many thanks

This endeavor is a joke though it knocks it down a little but not all the way would take forever to eliminate all the supplies but I suppose its a cool feature.

I tried to use this in PvP Dubno Fields but it didn't work. Seems like engineers or explosive experts could destroy roads but I guess not.

Depends on how supply is handled in a scenario, how much supply and where is it...
You don't need to remove all supply, only enough to make the enemy suffer from being under-supplied.

Units with the Demotions trait should work (unless there's a bug with "your" engineers in Dubno...)
