Libya - To Tobruk?

In the Libya scenario there looks to be a "To Tobruk" optional victory location. Is there any reward for capturing it? I played it through twice from the same saved game and if did not seem to matter if I captured it or not.

I believe the only optional victory locations that matter as of now in North Africa are the ones in the Gazala scenario.
Mildly pretentious Swede. Goes by Path on most platforms, including Steam.

Interesting I guess the bonus prestige got cancelled out by the 2-3 extra turns needed to capture it instead of just ending it earlier. I wound up with pretty much the same total prestige either way.
