Trophies Of War Trait should be a '+1', instead of a '+2'.

Trophies of war is one of the best prestige generating abilities, better than even Liberator with the right combination. Obviously if you're getting it for the gear you're going to be disappointed, but you'll never have prestige problems on Generalissimus with trophies and a small amount of attention paid to forcing surrenders.

Indeed, I just finished Belgium with over 7000 prestige on Generalissimus, and that was w/o either Liberator or Trophies of War -- with the latter it would've been thousands more, and tanks that don't actually suck to boot (German armour with Retrograde...). Like Liberator it's a great pick if you're struggling with prestige, and so more than worth its cost.

I’m at gates of Moscow with 16k on Generalissimus and three units of experienced KV-1/2 tanks. Can’t get close to that level without trophies of war or really any other trait except maybe a lucky industry connections roll.
