Hi all,

I've tried several heroes and would like a complete list. This one does not include RapidFire ....

Is it possible or do you know someone how to extract the list directly from the game directory?

Don't know how to extract the info from the game directory but found a lot of working hero traits here:
Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps 2\PanzerCorps2\Content\Gui\Common\UnitTraits

List of [trait name] - 117 (103 working/14 NOT working):
AASupport > Provides support fire against air to ground attacks. Will shoot at any fighters and bombers attacking friendly ground units within its firing range.

I know this thread is very old, but do we have a list of functioning hero traits, that is not mixed with game mechanic or the general traits of a campaign. Just hero traits and what it does. ??

It is probably a bit outdated in the sense that some abilities were added in DLC on custom, pre-added heroes, and also since some now appear on enemy units sometimes (like Single Entity in Allied Operations: Italy). Just don't mind the tier ranks, they are purely personal and flexible - I changed them a few times and in retrospect I'd again swap them in a few places.

Edmon also did a tier list video that explain these similarly (but we had a bit of glitch when I exported images and some hero entries got duplicated as a result :D): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0q1in6d6gA

Well, i asked the ai some help and i removed the traits that do not come from receiving a random hero after a mission.

Panzer Corps 2 - Random Hero Traits List
Hero Trait Effect Description

Aggressive Counterattack +3 Attack when defending.
Aiming Assistance +10% accuracy to all adjacent friendly units.
Avenger +Attack for each point of lost strength.
Butcher +5 Attack against infantry units.
Camouflage Invisible until adjacent to enemy ground units or spotted by Recon.
Cheap Replacements Replacements in battle cost the same as in the deployment phase.
Combat Luck Combat results are never worse than predicted.
Consolidator +5 Max Overstrength points.
Counter Battery Fire Fires at any attacking artillery within range.
Crippling Blow +5 Attack against full-strength units.
Distraction Enemy units adjacent to this unit cannot provide support fire.
Double Attack Unit gets 2 attack actions per turn.
Double Move Unit gets 2 move actions per turn (does not increase movement points).
Double Support Provides support fire twice for each enemy attack.
Entrenchment Killer 2x / 3x / 4x Destroys 2, 3, or 4 points of entrenchment with every attack.
