Upgrading from Standard to General Edition

Once I started playing the base game (I was being cheap and bought the basic version) I realized I really wanted those 75 new camo skins from the General Edition. I contacted Steam and they said Slitherine had not provided an upgrade path from one version to the other - once you bought the game and exceeded refund time (I have 70+ hours of play already) there was no way to refund you so you could buy the upgraded version. And there is no upgrade from the publisher, Steam said. Is this true? Is there no way for me to get the other camo's?

Please publish upgrade kits for the base version of PC2, so that those who bought the base game can pay to bring their game content up to the level of the enhanced versions

I asked about this for you and currently its a no go due to Steam pricing problems. Hopefully there will be a fix soon as it is something we'd like to offer.

Hi, i wanted to ask if the General Edition camos will be available for purchase in the future.

And second question : Are developers going to make it possible for people who have the base game to upgrade to general or marshal editions? and when is this going to happen?
There are not many german camos for tanks and i want to either purchase them or get the general edition somehow. But it is not possible for me to buy the general edition again. And it is not proper.

This question has been raised and while it is something we would like to do there are currently some issues with Steam that we need to iron out. Once this is sorted we will reconsider it. There is currently no ETA for this.
