Does the game only currently have a German Campaign?

Interested in getting the game, but the written material is confusing. Is it currently only a German only campaign, or are other countries included?

Yes it is only a German campaign.
There are scenarios featuring other nations, but in the long week since its release they have not added any DLCs yet.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.

But in all seriousness, yes he's right. And honestly, would anyone really want a $10 DLC that was able to be produced in a week? Quality takes time. :)
