Can't login to multplayer - login string is invalid

Hi!As in subject. For some time I can't login to multiplayer. When I try error appears - "loging string is invalid". I can't lunch multiplayer in War in the West too. When I try to login there it stacks at verifying message

Please contact support at support@slitherine.co.uk as they can deal better with login issues. My first guess is that perhaps there are characters in the login information which the games can't handle.
