File Log error with file logs

I am having problems with Warhammer 40k gladius, any faction I pick will not work because every time I move the units it crashes and if I pick a builder then the game crashes. This is the error pop up I am getting.

Gladius has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please

I didn't realize there were more to take picture but I really wish I knew what pictures are needed in order to fix this. I'm not upset, but lost on what I am supposed to be taking pictures of.
