How do we know what they are using can you tell zoomed in ? Last time i zoomed right in looking at some Italian infantry I couldnt tell what guns they had the group of 3 troops were all lying upside down !! Faking death I dont know

While there's no Centurion....

There absolutely does exist the IS-3. And the Volksgrenadier infantry have the StG 44s equipped.

A Russian T-35, which should get two (weak) shots and move very slowly. Would buy one as a Russian player just for the fun of it and would undoubtedly upgrade later if it survived. As a German player, would love to attack one.
