boot camp is a better choice and option

Parallels is anyone guess, as not something that's been tested on, while boot camp is windows 10

Depends on your situation. I wouldn't say it is always the better choice. It might be for some, for others not.

With virtualization you still have access to all your Mac apps without a reboot. There are other advantages in storage allocation, etc. Also, Bootcamp has its own problems with drivers and the like - The new Fallout game would not run in bootcamp on my last Mac for example.
