Problem to start Panzer Corps 2...

It says when i press play in the Launcher: "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.ddl was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
Any suggestions?

I tried these options:
* I installed Nvidia latest driver update
* Verify/repair
* Check updates
* Unistalled and then installed again

And it is the still the same message

Thanks.. I downloaded this one and then followed the instructions and after that the game worked
