Changing Game level difficulty

I have a small question. Is it possible to change the difficulty level of the game once you start a campaign at a certain level?

I started one at Sergeant just for fun and it's way too easy.

Oh, it's after the scenario has finished? Been playing this game since it came out and had a brain cramp.
