The discreption said: excluding Transport and overstrenght.

You are not eable to upgrade transport or overstrenght after you used that 3 upgrades because the button is grey out.

I have to do this befor or you cant go into the upgrade screen. "U" dont work.

If this is a meant case, please at a hint - transport upgrade only available within deploymentphase befor using regular upgrade =).

Had to load the round twice i do not like to do.
