No supplies

Post by Gray Fox »

I started my Carthage game over and this problem emerged again, so I thought I would post it. My ship is not being supplied, even though Sicilia is mine and has lots of supplies.

Are you sure that is not from the previous round? Its a bit misleading the way it is now because the flag shows the status from last round.
From a players view it would make more sense to show what the current status is IMHO.

The ship was supplied in that sea region actually and then became unsupplied.

Wrong answer. Please show where the fleet was the previous turn. Supply is checked at the start of the turn, the "flag" is based on the end-of-the-turn situation (the flag is just an icon, a "warning" of what might happen in the worst case), and absolutely useless information if you do not show where the fleet was at the start of the *previous* turn.

Forgive me grandmaster Swuul. I guess that only your own integrity counts. I don't have the save anymore, because that game was broken for other reasons. Here it is happening again.

Turn 16 is a harsh weather turn (as are all turns which are a multiplicative of 4). A fleet at the start of the turn (in this case, at the start of turn 16) in stormy seas may suffer attrition, which is then shown the next turn (in this case turn 17 image shows this). If the fleet is then again in a place where it can not be supplied, it will suffer more hits (but as that is not the case here, your fleet will begin to "heal").
