Harpies need balance

Harpies need balance

1) a cd on their charm skill
2) a chance that charm fails
3) Harpy ganking: 3 Harpies, 2 shriek, 1 charms,..rinse , repeat. Player is lost. This strategy needs to be fixed by de-grouping harpies
4) archers need more damage against harpies/more protection.
5) aerial units need more damage vs harpies

a mix of these needs to be installed.

Well, they are a bit annoying, that's true. A simple nerf would be that units that receive damage are woken from their charm. In this way, the harpies could still charm as much as they want, but the charmed units would only be useful for a single attack.

Well, there is a cooldown on Shriek and Charm, so they cannot just steamroll you, but yes, they are bad news if grouped up. We will look into it.
