Will there be a Cheat & Hotkeylist like PC1 again?

Nobody has to use it but I liked it from time to time. I guess I'm not the only one.

Yes, there is a Cheat list in the Beta.
Hotkeys are a player aid, freely available and are 'user' programmable, if you can figure out how.

Good to hear. I often use the hotkeys rather than the mouse for lots of things in PC1 like save, load, air/ground, strategic map (F5), next unit, and so on. I find them faster than the mouse.
