The only change I can spot is to no 8. Clarification that stakes can not be picked up in an enemy's restricted area.

But if you've spotted something else.....

From which they missed the drilled Russ Archers. Not that it makes any difference, except to purists/pedants.

Well if a certain rules author had got his list in earlier...

They are with the web maestro and should be up shortly on the BHGS site.

As a teaser:

Shooty cav armies dominate but there are a few bowmeisters there too. 31 different armies in 15mm (assuming different varieties of WotR are the same). Dom Rom, WotR and Later Ottoman are the high frequency picks. No army duplication at 25mm.

Look forward to seeing the details in due course - always a worry if I've gone for a popular choice - it never bodes well!
