"Under pacification" for a retaken region ?
When one of your region is captured by an enemy and you take it back (even the very next turn), the region gets the trait "under pacification". In my humble opinion, this makes limited sense and I had constant revolts in some regions because of this, to the point I had to give up on them. And all of this while the peace wasn't settled

Agree. Same experience here from before the diplomacy patch. But now that you need a peace treaty makes it a bit worse.
I suggest two things:
1) 'under pacification' and the next step (forgot the name) should not be longer than the time you did NOT own the region (e.g. you take it back after 1 turn you get one turn of pacification, another for the next step and then it is back to normal)
2) regions that were yours from before the war that get reconquered by yourself fall back to your nation after the pacification. That makes perfect sense as these regions were 'legally' yours from before the war. They could of course become a token in the peace treaty.

I agree with both points. For the maximum 'under pacification' should be 5, but it should be less if the region was only briefly lost. I like the suggestion of the same number of turns, but I think other scales could work too, e.g. Same turn or 1 turn = 1 year. 2 or 3 turns = 2 years, etc.poesel71 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 08, 2020 9:28 pm Agree. at the same time, they've been invaded, looted, they probably are rather angry. I'm not shocked.
