Screen Resolution

Hi, I need help on this urgently please...

I had a major system crash today and have had to reinstall absolutely everything....

FoG2, no problems

FoG:E big problems, every time I try to reinstal I get a huge screen display (about 40% of the UI is visible) but cannot run the game or even shut it down to save my changes, I even repurchased the game (my initial copy was a gift from idiot stepson who installed it for me), I have no idea how to correct this, If you check your recored you will see that I repurchased at about 1.00-1.30pm today......

Help?
